Joint Processing Platform (WP3)

Leader:  Prof. Mikael Ostling, KTH (Sweden)

 

The Joint Processing Platform's objectives are to:

  1. Execute batch processing for the flagship projects
  2. Ensure 3.5 months turn-around-time of MOSFET batches
  3. Coordinate processing involving several partners
  4. Fabricate MOSFETs and test structures for the Joint Characterization and Modelling Platform
  5. Develop and integrate new processes especially needed by the flagship projects
