Welcome to the website of NANOSIL Network of Excellence!

NANOSIL (Silicon-based nanostructures and nanodevices for long term microelectronics applications) is a European Network of Excellence funded by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Program. It aims to integrate at the European level the excellent European research laboratories and capabilities in order to strengthen scientific and technological excellence in the field of nanoelectronic materials and devices for terascale integrated circuits (ICs) and disseminate the results in a wide scientific and industrial community.

On September 15-16th, 2011, two Workshops will be organized in the framework of ESSDERC-ESSCIRC'2011 in Helsinki:
